Prior to establishing InterBusiness Corporation, Mr. Noguchi was Chairman of the Board of epicRealm, Inc., the industry leader in the next-generation Content Delivery Service. epicRealm owned and managed a sophisticated global network of more than 1500 servers in 50 major cities worldwide. By providing dynamic content caching and giving higher priority to revenue-generating clicks, epicRealm could ensure from the edge of the Internet a high quality of service for every customer doing eCommerce on its network. In March 2000, epicRealm secured $75 million in private-equity funding, bringing the total funding since December 1999 to $90 million.

epicRealm was formerly known as InfoSpinner, a pioneer in application server technology. Mr. Noguchi served as InfoSpinner's President and CEO and successfully led several rounds of venture financing. InfoSpinner's ForeSite Application Server offers a scalable, reliable and extensible eCommerce solution by providing browser access to data and applications residing on back-end legacy systems. The company OEM'ed ForeSite to IBM and Software AG for a global distribution. The ForeSite technology, covered under U.S. Patent #5,894,554, was installed in more than 700 businesses, state and local governments, and universities in 22 countries.

Prior to InfoSpinner, Mr. Noguchi was Managing Partner of Technology Practice at Ray & Berndtson (R&B), one of the leading retained executive search firms with 42 offices worldwide. He focused on recruiting top-notch executives and board members for high technology companies to build winning management teams. He also served as Managing Director of Asia/Pacific Practice and was a member of R&B's International Board. Additionally, he served as Chairman of the Information Technology Committee, overseeing the firm's IT strategy globally. During his tenure at Ray & Berndtson, Mr. Noguchi advised his American, European, and Japanese clients in the technology industry on management issues relating to international business strategies. Earlier he was co-founder, President and CEO of California Peripherals Corporation ("CaliPer"). Before CaliPer, he was President of Storage Technology Corporation's Japanese subsidiary. Early in his career, he held sales positions at both IBM U.S.A and IBM Japan.

Mr. Noguchi earned his Bachelor's degree from Hokkaido University (Hokkaido University) in Sapporo, Japan, and his Master's degree from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) in Arizona.
